Events Coordinator

About the role

Six Senses is seeking an Events Coordinator who embraces the brand’s vision of reconnecting people with themselves, others and the world. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional, sustainable and wellness‑focused events that reflect our values of local sensitivity, global sensibility and pioneering hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Support the efficient operation of the Events department and maintain thorough knowledge of all property facilities and services.
• Guide guests and clients from enquiry through arrival and departure, ensuring a high level of service at every touchpoint.
• Manage event enquiries, confirm bookings, and maintain accurate records, booking information and follow‑up files.
• Ensure all documentation, procedures and communications comply with Six Senses guidelines, LQA standards and local regulations.
• Build positive working relationships with other departments to facilitate smooth day‑to‑day operations.
• Participate in team meetings, departmental briefings and uphold ethical, professional standards.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of hospitality and events operations.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Attention to detail and commitment to Six Senses’ sustainability and wellness pillars.
