Senior Events Manager – Private Events

About the role

The Senior Events Manager will own the end‑to‑end management of private event bookings, guiding members and guests from the initial enquiry through planning, contracts and final delivery. You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring every detail is coordinated with operational teams to meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage each booking from enquiry to hand‑over to the operational team on the day of the event.
• Serve as the primary contact for enquiries received via telephone, email and the CRM system.
• Plan and coordinate all event details, liaising with hosts on requirements, timings and equipment.
• Use Tripleseat to collate function sheets and distribute them to relevant operational teams.
• Work closely with the Event operational team to deliver successful, budget‑compliant events.
• Collaborate with the UK Event Management team, attend training days and share best practices.
• Prepare and send weekly reports to the UK Head of Events & Sales.
• Support daily admin tasks such as issuing function sheets and updating event boards.

Required profile

• Report to the site UK Head of Events & Sales and the site General Manager.
