Events Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Events Manager to lead a high‑impact programme of events across the UK healthcare sector. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape the consultancy’s engagement with senior decision‑makers, industry leaders and key stakeholders through roundtables, forums, exhibitions and conferences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver an annual calendar of conferences, exhibitions, networking events, executive roundtables and hosted experiences.
• Identify and evaluate high‑value event opportunities that support business growth and market visibility.
• Lead end‑to‑end planning and delivery, managing venues, suppliers, speakers, exhibitors, budgets, communications and logistics.
• Represent the business at industry events, building relationships with senior healthcare professionals and decision‑makers.
• Generate qualified business opportunities and support the wider business development strategy.
• Identify speaking and thought‑leadership opportunities to strengthen market profile.
• Track leads, contacts and outcomes in the CRM system and measure event performance, ROI and engagement.

Required profile

• Proven experience planning and delivering conferences, exhibitions, roundtables or networking events.
• Strong project‑management capability with the ability to handle multiple complex events simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable working with senior leaders.
• Commercially minded with a clear understanding of how events drive business value.
