Events Project Coordinator – Leeds

About the role

We are looking for an organised and ambitious Events Project Coordinator to join a fast‑growing creative events agency in Leeds. You will support the planning and delivery of live events, exhibitions and brand experiences for well‑known national and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the end‑to‑end planning of live events, from brief to completion
• Maintain project timelines, schedules and documentation
• Liaise with clients, venues, suppliers and internal teams
• Coordinate logistics such as travel, accommodation and delegate management
• Support supplier sourcing, briefing and onsite event delivery
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers

Required profile

• Previous experience in events, marketing, project support or an agency environment
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid setting
• Motivation to develop a career in project management
