Executive Director (Remote)

About the role

Mary's Meals International is seeking a visionary, mission‑driven Executive Director to lead the organisation from a remote location. Reporting to the Board of Trustees through the Board Chair and working closely with the President & Founder, you will provide strategic and operational leadership to advance the global mission of feeding children in education settings.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of the three strategic pillars: Feed, Grow and Strengthen.
• Oversee coordination and implementation of the global strategy.
• Inspire and guide the Executive Leadership Team and senior staff.
• Strengthen organisational systems, governance and development processes.
• Foster collaboration across the worldwide network of affiliates.
• Work with the Board, President and Founder to support sustainable growth of affiliate organisations.

Required profile

• Proven executive or CEO‑level experience in a complex, preferably international, organisation.
• Demonstrated ability to inspire senior teams and cultivate a strong organisational culture.
• Track record of developing and delivering growth‑focused strategies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
• Experience leading transformational change while maintaining mission focus.
• Deep personal commitment to Mary's Meals vision, mission and values.
