About the role
We are a specialist executive search consultancy looking for an Executive Researcher to support high‑impact searches across technology, digital and innovation‑led sectors. You will work closely with senior consultants and clients, gaining early exposure to C‑suite leaders, investors and board members.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct in‑depth market mapping and identify target organisations and senior leaders.
- Engage executive‑level candidates through direct outreach and professional networks.
- Build comprehensive long‑lists and short‑lists supported by detailed research and insights.
- Support the development of search strategies and client presentations.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and structured screening interviews.
- Produce high‑quality reports, briefing notes and talent intelligence summaries.
- Track search progress, maintain accurate CRM records and monitor leadership movements, market trends and sector developments.
Required profile
- Strong academic background with commercial awareness.
- Highly analytical, curious and motivated to build a long‑term career in executive search.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

- £32,000 base salary with a discretionary bonus up to 45% of base.
