Exercise GP Referral Instructor – Casual – Brighton

About the role

We are looking for a motivated GP Referral Instructor to join our Healthy Communities team in Brighton. You will support individuals referred through the GP Referral Programme, assessing their needs and delivering safe, personalised exercise programmes that improve health, wellbeing and confidence.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct fitness assessments and supervise participants on the GP Referral Programme.
• Design safe and effective exercise programmes tailored to individual needs.
• Provide instruction on the correct and safe use of fitness equipment.
• Monitor participant progress and adapt programmes as required.
• Evaluate programme outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Support the development and promotion of health and wellbeing initiatives.
• Assist with wider fitness centre operations when needed.
