Experienced 360 Operator – Immediate Start

About the role
MadiganGill are seeking an experienced 360 Operator for an immediate start on a construction project in Glastonbury, Somerset. The role is full‑time, Monday to Friday, and runs for a minimum of one month.
Key responsibilities
- Operate a 360° excavator (above and below 10 tonnes) on site.
- Carry out pipe‑laying tasks as required by the project.
- Perform lifting operations safely, following the relevant endorsements.
- Adhere to health and safety standards, wearing full PPE at all times.
Required profile
- Valid CPCS or NPORS card with a CSCS hologram.
- 360 Excavator ticket (above & below 10 tonnes).
- Lifting Operations endorsement.
- Previous pipe‑laying experience.
- Ability to work on‑site in full PPE.

What we offer
- £25 per hour rate.
- Immediate start with a minimum one‑month contract.
