Experienced Bench Joiner – Full‑Time

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Bench Joiner to join our well‑established workshop in Tonbridge. The role involves producing high‑quality, bespoke joinery for trade, commercial and private customers on a full‑time permanent basis.

Key responsibilities

• Manufacture windows, doors and various joinery units to bespoke specifications.
• Operate general woodworking machinery safely and efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• Meet production deadlines while ensuring quality is not compromised.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver a high level of service to customers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in manufacturing purpose‑made joinery.
• Excellent craftsmanship with a keen eye for detail.
• Self‑motivated, enthusiastic attitude and ability to work independently.
• Strong teamwork skills and commitment to high‑quality service.
