Experienced Financial Advisor

About the role

We are seeking an Experienced Financial Advisor to join a high‑growth, well‑funded advice firm. You will inherit an established client bank, receive strong back‑office and paraplanning support, and focus on delivering holistic regulated advice across pensions, investments and protection.

Key responsibilities

• Service, retain and grow an existing portfolio of clients acquired by the firm.
• Provide regulated advice on pensions, investments and protection.
• Utilise the firm’s back‑office, paraplanning and CRM platforms to manage client relationships efficiently.
• Identify opportunities for additional revenue through existing clients and occasional self‑generated business.
• Collaborate with the operational team to ensure compliance and high service standards.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years post‑qualification experience as a regulated Financial Advisor.
• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent.
• Proven experience advising on pensions and investments.
• Experience inheriting or servicing existing client banks (desirable).
• Familiarity with modern adviser platforms and CRMs (desirable).

What we offer

• Base salary £60,000‑£80,000 with progression to six‑figure earnings.
• Potential total earnings exceeding £100,000 in the first year.
