About the role
Our client, a fast‑growing accountancy firm based in Brighton, is looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their busy team delivering efficient payroll services to thousands of businesses and individuals across Sussex and Surrey.
Key responsibilities
- Process payroll from start to finish accurately and on time.
- Create and maintain payroll records, including part‑month and holiday calculations.
- Manage statutory payments and process P45s.
- Liaise with clients to clarify payroll calculations.
- Set up and maintain client pension schemes with multiple providers, handling monthly uploads.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a payroll administrator.
- Legal right to work in the UK.
- Strong data‑entry and record‑keeping abilities.
- Competent user of Excel and comfortable solving problems.
