Experienced Sales Consultant - New Homes

About the Role

Join a prestigious family-owned developer with a legacy dating back to 1946. As a Sales Consultant based at our Millview Meadow site in Ringmer, you will play a pivotal role in guiding customers through the exciting journey of purchasing their dream new home.

Main Missions

• Promote our premium range of new homes and provide exceptional customer service from initial inquiry to contract exchange.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, proactively following up with first-time buyers and ensuring smooth reservation progressions.
• Maintain regular and professional contact with purchasers to ensure a seamless and reassuring experience.
• Conduct pre-delivery inspections in collaboration with the site team to guarantee the highest standards of quality.
• Ensure the showroom and marketing materials are presented impeccably at all times.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to recommend pricing strategies that drive sales momentum.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in sales, ideally within the residential property or new build sector.
• Strongly customer-oriented with a passion for delivering an outstanding buyer experience.
• Highly organized and able to manage your own workload with autonomy and resilience.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends (standard hours: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
