Experienced Vulnerability Researcher

About the role

Interrupt Labs is looking for an experienced and passionate vulnerability researcher to join its Vulnerability Research and Exploit Development (VRED) team. You will work on high‑impact security challenges across a range of platforms, collaborating with some of the best minds in offensive security.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct vulnerability research using a variety of approaches and techniques.
• Develop proof‑of‑concept exploits, including bypassing modern exploit mitigations.
• Focus on a preferred target set such as Android, iOS, browsers, hypervisors or embedded systems.
• Share findings and knowledge with the wider team in a collaborative and accessible manner.
• Participate in and lead workshops, training sessions and conference activities.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in vulnerability research, reverse engineering or exploit development.
• Ability to reason through complex problems, identify impactful vulnerabilities and analyse root causes.
• Strong curiosity, perseverance and a passion for learning new technologies.
• Self‑motivated yet comfortable working closely with a team.
• Permanent UK residency and currently based in the United Kingdom.
