Export Administrator – Export Operations

About the role

We are seeking an Export Administrator to join a fast‑growing, market‑leading company in Elsenham. You will act as the primary point of contact for international customers, ensuring smooth order processing and compliance with export regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone and email, clarifying requirements.
• Prepare quotations and process export orders.
• Oversee freight arrangements and ensure compliance with export documentation.
• Manage documentary administration for shipments.
• Coordinate technical and delivery queries with suppliers.
• Liaise with internal departments to facilitate order fulfilment.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of UK export processes to global customers.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate administrative skills.
• Confident, proactive and flexible attitude.
• Ability to travel by car to the office location.

Required skills

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

What we offer

• Permanent contract with a salary range of £30,000‑£35,000 per year, dependent on experience.
• Standard office hours: Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am‑5:30 pm.
