External Sales Manager – Lighting Components (Midlands/South East/London)

About the role

We are seeking an External Sales Manager to represent a growing supplier of lighting components, control solutions and smart lighting technologies. The role is remote‑based but requires frequent travel across the Midlands, South East and London to meet OEM customers and project‑focused prospects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing lighting OEM accounts.
• Develop new business across the Midlands, South East and London.
• Promote lighting components, control systems and smart lighting solutions.
• Deliver customer presentations, product demonstrations and proposals.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and report progress against targets.

Required profile

• Sales experience within lighting, electrical components, controls or a related technical sector.
• Established OEM contacts and a proven track record of account development.
• Confident relationship builder with the ability to manage key accounts.
• Self‑motivated, organised and comfortable working remotely and on the road.
• Full UK driving licence.
