Fabric Technician

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Fabric Technician to join our team in Marylebone. You will work full‑time, Monday to Friday, delivering a range of building fabric maintenance and repair tasks across a busy commercial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out general building fabric repairs including painting, decorating, patch plastering and making good.
• Perform basic carpentry duties such as door adjustments, lock repairs, ironmongery work and furniture repairs.
• Execute minor plumbing tasks, including tap repairs, toilet maintenance and leak repairs.
• Replace ceiling and floor tiles and undertake minor flooring repairs.
• Apply silicone, carry out sealant repairs and other general finishing works.
• Conduct routine building inspections and identify fabric defects.

Required profile

• Available to work onsite in Marylebone, Monday‑Friday 08:00‑17:00.
• Experience in building fabric maintenance and repair.
• Ability to work safely and follow recruitment best practices.
