Facilities Support Technician

About the role

The Facilities Support Technician will ensure safe, reliable and efficient operation of site utility systems in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Working closely with internal teams, you will be the key point of support for utilities, safety and reliability, driving improvements that increase uptime and reduce productivity losses.

Key responsibilities

• Identify improvement opportunities with stakeholders to boost uptime and reduce losses.
• Supervise process and maintenance operations in utility areas.
• Ensure equipment meets specifications and support commissioning of new assets.
• Manage safety and compliance, proactively identifying potential issues.
• Oversee day‑to‑day utility operations and assist with engineering project work.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance and asset management strategies.
