Facilities Technician – London

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Facilities Technician to join the Studio Operations team at Warner Bros. Discovery’s Soho Square site in London. You will help keep the workplace safe, clean and fully operational, supporting staff, clients and production activities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and respond to reactive repair requests across the building.
• Provide first‑line support for any facility‑related issues raised by employees or visitors.
• Coordinate and supervise third‑party contractors such as cleaners, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and pest‑control services.
• Work with operational and scheduling teams to ensure seamless delivery of facilities services.
• Manage inventory, move and install furniture, including heavy‑lifting tasks.
• Carry out regular health‑and‑safety checks, including weekly fire‑alarm testing and general site condition inspections.

Required profile

• Proactive, practical problem‑solver with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, creative environment and handle a varied workload.
• Physical capability to lift and move furniture and equipment.

Required skills

• Experience with basic building services (cleaning, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pest control) coordination.
• Familiarity with health‑and‑safety procedures and fire‑alarm testing.
