About the role
We are looking for a reliable Factory Operative to join our client’s manufacturing site in Bognor Regis. You will work on a rotating shift pattern, helping to keep production running smoothly and safely.
Key responsibilities
- Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
- Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Report any equipment issues or malfunctions to the supervisor.
Required profile
- Basic IT literacy.
- Good attendance and time‑keeping.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work all three shift patterns on a rotating basis.

What we offer
- Temporary contract with the possibility of permanent employment.
- Hourly pay ranging from £12.71 to £16.90.
