Family Court Adviser – Hybrid (Coventry, Northamptonshire, Warwickshire)

About the role

Eden Brown Synergy is recruiting experienced Family Court Advisers for CAFCASS across Coventry, Northamptonshire and Warwickshire. The role offers a hybrid working pattern, with one day per week in the office and the remainder split between home, court and family visits.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of public and private law proceedings.
• Conduct assessments and produce high‑quality reports for the Family Court.
• Engage directly with children and families to capture their wishes and feelings.
• Attend court hearings and provide recommendations centred on the child’s best interests.
• Liaise with local authorities, legal professionals and partner agencies.

Required profile

• Qualified Social Worker with a recognised Social Work qualification.
• Current registration with Social Work England.
• Relevant experience in children’s social care, assessment and court work.
• Full UK driving licence (vehicle access desirable).

Required skills

• Strong assessment and report‑writing abilities.
• Experience presenting recommendations in court settings.
