Family Law Solicitor (Hybrid) – £34k-£48k

About the role

We are expanding our Family Law team and are looking for qualified solicitors to join us as Family Law Solicitors. The role is hybrid, with one day a week in the office and the rest remote, and offers a salary of £34,000‑£48,000 plus excellent benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of a mixed caseload of privately funded family law matters from start to finish.
• Conduct active negotiations to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
• Use our case management system to record information accurately and efficiently.
• Meet individual and team chargeable time, profit, and cost targets.
• Draft and audit legal documents and correspondence.
• For senior or lead positions, provide line‑management, mentor junior team members, delegate work, act as a subject‑matter expert, and contribute to departmental marketing and strategy.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor or CILEX qualified with experience handling privately funded family law matters.
• Proven track record of meeting chargeable and billing targets.
• Strong IT competence, particularly with case management systems.
• Excellent relationship‑building and customer service skills.
• High attention to detail, strong organisational abilities, and resilience.
