Family Law Solicitor – Hybrid (Stratford-upon-Avon)

About the role

We are expanding our Family Law team and are looking for newly‑qualified (NQ) and associate solicitors to join us on a hybrid basis. You will manage a mixed caseload of privately funded family matters from start to finish, delivering a client‑focused service while meeting chargeable targets.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of a mixed family law caseload and negotiate outcomes for clients.
• Record all case information accurately using our case management system.
• Meet individual and team chargeable time and profit targets.
• Draft, review and audit legal documents and correspondence.
• For senior or lead roles: provide line‑management, mentor junior team members, delegate work and contribute to departmental strategy and marketing.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor or CILEX‑qualified with experience in privately funded family law.
• Proven ability to meet chargeable and billing targets.
• Strong IT competence, particularly with case management software.
• Excellent relationship‑building, attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Resilience and the ability to work collaboratively.
