Family Paralegal – Publicly Funded Team

About the role

Join a highly respected family law department in Liverpool, supporting a publicly funded team that handles a diverse range of child care and family matters. You will work closely with an experienced solicitor, gaining exposure to both public and private family cases.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the solicitor in managing a broad caseload of child care and family law matters.
• Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and court bundles.
• Conduct client interviews and gather necessary information.
• Liaise with courts, social services, and other stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support for private family matters as required.

Required profile

• Minimum six months experience in a family law environment.
• Exposure to public or private family law matters.
• Strong interest in child care work and family law.
• Commitment to professional development and training.
