Family Solicitor (2+ years PQE) – Full‑time

About the role

We are seeking a Family Solicitor with at least two years post‑qualification experience to join a friendly, expanding practice in South East England. The role is full‑time, office‑based and offers the chance to work on a varied caseload within a supportive team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of private family law matters, including divorce and financial disputes.
• Handle child arrangement cases and non‑contentious work.
• Deal with TOLATA (land trust) claims.
• Collaborate closely with partners, secretarial staff and training resources.
• Participate in team socials and contribute to a positive office culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years PQE as a Family Solicitor.
• Strong commitment to client service and teamwork.
• Ability to work independently while benefiting from a supportive environment.
