Family Solicitor – 2‑4 PQE – Up to £50k DOE

About the role
We are seeking a Family Solicitor with 2‑4 years post‑qualification experience to join a respected law firm in Essex. You will manage a mixed caseload of privately and publicly funded family law matters, supporting clients through divorce, financial settlements and children issues.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a varied family law caseload, including divorce, finances and child arrangements.
- Represent clients in court and conduct advocacy where required.
- Work on both private and Legal Aid funded matters.
- Collaborate with senior team members to provide high‑quality legal advice.
Required profile
- 2‑4 years PQE in family law.
- Experience of Family Legal Aid is essential.
- Ability to conduct own advocacy is desirable.
- Experience in public law childcare work is a plus.
