Family Solicitor (3+ PQE) – Hybrid London role

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Family Solicitor with at least three years of post‑qualification experience to join a top‑ranked, award‑winning family law team in London. The role offers a hybrid working model across two city offices and the chance to manage high‑value private family matters within a supportive, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of divorce, financial remedy, private children, cohabitation and pre‑nuptial agreement matters.
• Provide strategic advice and representation to high‑net‑worth clients.
• Maintain responsibility for client relationships while working alongside senior specialists.
• Contribute to business development and the growth of the department.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years PQE as a Family Solicitor or Family Lawyer.
• Strong experience in divorce, financial remedy and private children disputes.
• Experience advising on cohabitation disputes and pre‑nuptial agreements.
• Resolution accreditation (Advanced Resolution or Law Society accreditation preferred).
• Excellent client care, communication and independent case management skills.
