Family Solicitor – Family Law (Hybrid)

About the role

We are expanding our Family Law team and are looking for qualified solicitors to join us on a full‑time, hybrid basis. You will manage a mixed caseload of privately funded family matters, providing a client‑focused service while working from home and one day per week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of a mixed caseload of family law matters, negotiating to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
• Record case information accurately using our case management system.
• Meet individual and team chargeable time, profit, and cost targets.
• Draft, review, and audit legal documents and correspondence.
• For senior or lead roles: provide line‑management, mentor junior team members, delegate work, act as a subject‑matter expert, and contribute to departmental strategy and marketing.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor or CILEX‑qualified with experience handling privately funded family law matters.
• Proven track record of meeting chargeable and billing targets.
• Strong IT competence, including use of a case‑management system.
• Excellent relationship‑building, attention to detail, organisational, and resilience skills.
