Family Solicitor – Hybrid role in Stockport

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate and confident Family Solicitor to join our dynamic family law team in Stockport. You will manage a varied caseload covering financial remedies, children matters and injunction work, while building lasting relationships with clients and guiding them through personal legal challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a diverse range of family law cases with sensitivity and professionalism.
• Provide clear, client‑focused legal advice and representation.
• Engage in business development activities, network and represent the team at events.
• Meet agreed fee and performance targets through effective time and caseload management.

Required profile

• Qualified Family Solicitor with at least 2 years post‑qualification experience in family law.
• Proven ability to manage a broad spectrum of family matters.
• Organised, proactive and capable of juggling priorities.
• Confident communicator with strong client‑facing skills.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
