Family Solicitor

About the role

Our client, a well‑established law firm in South East England, is looking for a qualified Family Law Solicitor with at least three years post‑qualification experience. You will manage a varied private family law caseload from initial instruction through to resolution, working within a supportive and collaborative team.

Key responsibilities

• Handle divorce, financial disputes and children matters.
• Advise on separation and nuptial agreements.
• Manage care proceedings and domestic abuse cases.
• Prepare and represent clients at hearings and court.
• Maintain high standards of risk management and compliance.
• Contribute to team knowledge sharing and uphold firm values.

Required profile

• Qualified UK solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in family law.
• Proven track record across a broad range of family matters.
• Confident advocacy and court appearance skills.
• Excellent client care and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Strong IT and case‑management system proficiency.
