Family Solicitor / Lawyer – Up to £80k + Bonus

About the role

We are partnering with a long‑established Cotswolds law firm to recruit a Family Solicitor/Lawyer for its Cirencester office. The role offers hybrid and flexible working, a competitive salary of up to £80,000 plus bonus, and the chance to work on varied, high‑value family matters within a supportive, non‑hierarchical culture.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and represent clients on divorce, separation and financial remedy matters.
• Handle child‑arrangement cases from initial advice through negotiation or litigation.
• Draft and negotiate cohabitation, pre‑nuptial and post‑nuptial agreements.
• Manage complex cases involving business assets, farming interests, trusts, property portfolios and inherited wealth.
• Collaborate closely with the firm’s Private Client, Property and Agricultural teams on technically demanding matters.

Required profile

• Experience in private family law, including divorce and child‑arrangement work.
• Comfortable dealing with high‑value financial remedy and asset‑rich cases.
• Enjoys building strong client relationships and working within a close‑knit team.
• Open to candidates with around 2 years PQE up to senior‑level experience.
