Family Solicitor / Legal Executive – South Devon (Hybrid)

About the role
We are a well‑established South Devon law firm seeking a Family Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEx) or experienced Family Lawyer to join our expanding family law team. The role offers a hybrid working model, a clear progression pathway and the chance to work on privately funded cases.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of divorce and separation matters.
- Handle financial remedy and property dispute work.
- Conduct private children law cases, including child arrangements and parental responsibility.
- Negotiate settlements and maintain ongoing client relationships.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years post‑qualification experience in family law.
- Strong background in private family matters.
- Confident and empathetic communicator.
- Ambitious with a desire to progress within a growing team.
