About the role
We are seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join our Liverpool team on a hybrid basis. The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of private family law matters, delivering high‑quality client care and working closely with senior colleagues.
Key responsibilities
- Handle divorce and financial matters for private clients.
- Manage private children cases, including custody and contact arrangements.
- Provide advice and representation on financial remedy and TOLATA issues.
- Maintain accurate case files and meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with senior solicitors for supervision and professional development.
Required profile
- Qualified solicitor with at least 1 year post‑qualification experience (1+ PQE).
- Proven experience in private family law, covering divorce, financial remedy and children matters.
- Strong client‑focused approach and excellent communication skills.
