Family Solicitor (NQ to 4 PQE) – Hybrid, Exeter

About the role

Oculus Legal Group is seeking a motivated Family Solicitor with experience ranging from newly qualified to four years post‑qualification. Working on a hybrid basis from our Exeter office, you will join a Legal 500‑recognised practice handling high‑value privately funded family matters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a broad portfolio of privately funded family cases, including divorce, financial remedy, and TOLATA matters.
• Advise clients on separation, financial settlements, and Schedule 1 Children Act disputes.
• Handle child‑arrangements issues and urgent injunction applications.
• Develop strong client relationships while delivering exceptional client care.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues to grow your own caseload and expertise.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with NQ to 4 years PQE experience in privately funded Family Law.
• Excellent communication and client‑care abilities.
