Family Solicitor – South West London

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join our well‑established practice in South West London. The role offers the chance to manage a varied family law caseload while working closely with clients and senior partners.

Key responsibilities

• Managing a family law caseload including divorce and financial arrangements on divorce.
• Advising on pre‑ and post‑nuptial agreements.
• Handling arrangements relating to children.
• Providing high‑quality, client‑focused advice throughout each matter.
• Using the firm’s Care Management System to progress matters efficiently.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' post‑qualification experience in family law.
• Proven experience managing a varied family law caseload.
• IT skills to operate a Care Management System.
• Ability to deal with employment advice would be helpful.
• Strong client interaction and relationship‑building skills.
• Excellent client care and communication abilities.
