Family Solicitor – Specialist Family Law Practice

About the role
An experienced Family Solicitor is needed to join a well‑respected specialist family law practice serving Surrey and South London. You will become part of a sizeable, collaborative team that values flexibility, staff wellbeing and a healthy work‑life balance.
Key responsibilities
- Handle care proceedings, private children matters and domestic abuse cases.
- Provide advice and representation across a diverse range of complex family law matters.
- Manage caseloads that include legal aid, childcare and family law issues.
- Work closely with the firm’s leadership and team members to maintain high service standards.
Required profile
- Qualified solicitor with at least two years post‑qualification experience (PQE).
- Demonstrated experience in managing legal aid, childcare and family law cases.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
