Fashion Retail Team Member – Mayfair

About the role

We are seeking a fashion‑forward, customer‑focused Team Member to join our Mayfair store. You will work on the shop floor, sharing product knowledge and ensuring every visitor enjoys a premium experience. The role offers a base salary plus sales‑based commission.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, check and prepare stock to a high standard for the shop floor.
• Maintain attractive displays and an immaculate, well‑organised stockroom.
• Provide friendly, attentive service on the shop floor, reflecting the brand’s standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues and managers to keep the store running smoothly.

Required profile

• Approachable and confident when speaking with customers.
• Passionate about fashion and helping people.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation.
• Previous retail or customer‑service experience helpful but not essential.
• Available for evenings, weekends and key trading days; flexible patterns can be discussed.
• Right to work in the UK.
