F&B Team Member – Airport Hotel Restaurant

About the role

Join the Premier Inn team at London Gatwick Airport’s North Terminal as an F&B Team Member. You will be the friendly face welcoming guests to the hotel restaurant and ensuring they enjoy a pleasant dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, taking orders and serving meals and beverages.
• Maintain a clean and tidy dining area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to deliver timely service.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Good communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
