Female Support Worker – CAMHS (Bury)

About the role

Join Cygnet’s CAMHS team at Bury Forestwood to provide compassionate care for children and adolescents with mental health needs. This full‑time position involves 12‑hour shifts across days, nights and weekends, supporting service users throughout their treatment pathway.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver enhanced, person‑centred care using a flexible learning approach.
• Provide physical and emotional support, offering guidance and encouragement.
• Assess individual needs and respond with appropriate assistance.
• Assist with medical and welfare requirements and accurately report observations.
• Safeguard service users and maintain a clean, safe environment.

Required profile

• Female candidates only, as required by occupational legislation.
• Confident, caring and passionate about delivering outstanding support.
• Willingness to work 12‑hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to complete a three‑week paid induction programme.
• Driven to make a real difference in people’s lives.
