Field Collections Agent

About the role

We are seeking a Field Collections Agent to join a leading UK debt‑resolution company. You will work on‑site, travelling across the South West to meet residential and commercial customers, helping them resolve outstanding utility debts.

Key responsibilities

• Visit customers by pre‑arranged appointment or warrant to discuss their debt situation.
• Explain repayment options and collect payments in line with company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and agreements.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements during collections.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer satisfaction and debt recovery targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in field debt collection or a policing role.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (car allowance provided).
• No County Court Judgments or bankruptcies.
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check.
• Comfortable speaking with customers in their homes or businesses about financial matters.

• Competitive salary £34,000‑£40,000 per year.
