About the role
Our client is seeking a proactive Field Engineer to provide Windows 11 support across multiple sites in West Hertfordshire. You will travel to locations such as Tring, St Albans, Watford and Hemel Hempstead, delivering high‑quality technical assistance and exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Visit client sites to install, configure and maintain Windows 11 desktops, printers, scanners and servers.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and equipment inventory.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards while on the road.
- Provide clear communication and updates to customers regarding issue status.
Required profile
- Positive, proactive, can‑do attitude.
- Exemplary customer service skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Willingness to travel regularly between sites.
