Field Market Research Interviewer – Paid per Shift, Car Required

About the role
Join Ipsos as a Field Market Research Interviewer, travelling across local bus routes and stations to gather passenger feedback. You’ll work independently, using a tablet and survey materials to conduct short, structured interviews that help improve public transport services across the UK.
Key responsibilities
- Approach passengers at designated bus stops, routes or stations and invite them to participate in a brief survey.
- Ask a set of structured questions and accurately record responses on a tablet.
- Capture feedback on passengers’ journey experiences and, when required, count footfall.
- Complete each shift according to the assigned location and duration, typically around three hours.
Required profile
- Confident speaking to members of the public.
- Comfortable working independently in various locations.
- Motivated and resilient, even when response rates are low.
- Full driving licence and access to a car for local travel.
