Field Market Research Interviewer – Paid per Shift

About the role

Join Ipsos as a Field Market Research Interviewer and help improve public transport across the UK. You will work on specific bus routes, stops or stations, using a tablet and survey materials to collect passenger feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Approach passengers and invite them to complete a short survey.
• Ask a set of structured questions and accurately record responses on a tablet.
• Capture feedback on journey experience and, when required, count passenger footfall.
• Complete shifts that may involve travelling the full bus route or staying at a single stop for about three hours.

Required profile

• Confident speaking to members of the public.
• Comfortable working independently in various locations.
• Motivated even when response rates are low.
• Full driving licence and access to a car.
• Willingness to travel locally and work on buses.
• Looking for flexible, part‑time fieldwork.
