Field Medical Advisor – HAE & Immunoglobulins (Belgium)

About the role

This strategic, field‑based position bridges science, clinical practice, and stakeholder engagement within the HAE and immunoglobulin therapeutic areas. Based in the United Kingdom, the Field Medical Advisor will act as a trusted scientific partner to healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and external experts.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong scientific relationships with KOLs, HCPs, and external experts.
• Provide accurate, timely, and compliant medical and clinical information to stakeholders and internal teams.
• Organise and support scientific advisory boards, symposia, and educational events.
• Contribute to speaker programs, scientific collaborations, and investigator‑initiated studies.
• Support clinical trial activities, including site feasibility assessments and medical insight provision.
• Monitor market intelligence, competitor activity, and emerging scientific trends.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing, and Sales to align scientific communication.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry codes.

Required profile

• Medical degree (physician, pharmacist, or MSc in Biomedical Sciences) or equivalent scientific background.
• Minimum 3 years experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, preferably in medical affairs or specialty products.
• Strong understanding of immunology; experience with HAE and immunoglobulins is an advantage.
• Fluency in Dutch and French, with excellent English communication skills.
• Proven ability to interpret and communicate scientific and clinical data to diverse audiences.
