Field Sales Brand Executive – FMCG (Bristol)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Field Sales Brand Executive to represent a leading FMCG brand across the South West. Based in Bristol, you will work directly with retailers, delivering activations, product launches and training to maximise sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Visit vape shops, wholesalers and regional chains to build strong retailer relationships.
• Deliver in‑store activations, product demos and launch events.
• Act as the brand ambassador, educating store teams on features, flavour profiles, compliance and key selling points.
• Provide POS, merchandising support and staff training.
• Collect retailer and consumer feedback and report insights.
• Attend trade shows, expos and industry events as required.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, organised and target‑driven.
• Comfortable working independently in a field‑based environment.
• Willingness to travel across the region.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential).
