Field Sales Consultant – Specialist Hygiene

About the role

Rentokil Initial is looking for a motivated Field Sales Consultant to join its Specialist Hygiene team. Based in Sheffield, you will manage your own schedule, visit new and existing customers and provide tailored hygiene solutions across the Yorkshire and Humberside region.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site surveys, propose treatment plans and price work based on expertise.
• Generate and develop leads independently and in collaboration with colleagues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, delivering excellent service and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Achieve set KPIs and sales targets while adhering to company standards.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence held for at least two years with no more than six penalty points.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and capable of solving problems on the spot.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Retail or sales experience is advantageous.
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check if required.
