Field Sales Executive – Charity Fundraising

About the role

Join one of the UK’s leading face‑to‑face charity fundraising teams as a Field Sales Executive. You will engage members of the public, explain the impact of national charities and secure regular donations or sponsorships.

Key responsibilities

• Approach and converse with the public in various locations to promote charitable causes.
• Sign up new donors for regular contributions and meet agreed sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and donations using company systems.
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to improve performance.

Required profile

• Confident, optimistic and resilient with a strong desire to talk to people.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in face‑to‑face sales or fundraising is preferred.
