Field Sales Executive – Door-to-Door Broadband

About the role

We are seeking energetic Field Sales Executives to promote a fast‑growing broadband provider across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. Working from a company‑provided van, you will visit households door‑to‑door, introduce full‑fibre broadband services and close sales on the spot.

Key responsibilities

• Sell full‑fibre broadband directly to residential customers in an assigned local territory.
• Plan daily routes using mapping tools to maximise the number of visits.
• Engage homeowners, build rapport and secure sales at the doorstep.
• Record outcomes of each visit (sale, callback, no answer, etc.) and maintain an accurate pipeline.
• Manage your own schedule and ensure targets are met.

Required profile

• Previous experience in field sales, door‑to‑door or direct sales (preferred).
• Confident communicator who enjoys face‑to‑face interaction.
• Highly target‑driven and motivated by commission.
• Strong self‑discipline and ability to work independently.
• Full UK driving licence – a company van will be provided.

What we offer

• Basic salary of £26,227.50 per year.
• Uncapped commission paid monthly, realistic OTE £50‑70k, top earners £80‑100k+.
