Field Sales Executive – Holiday Homes (Edinburgh)

About the role

This is a field‑based sales position responsible for the Scotland territory of a long‑established UK holiday‑home manufacturer. You will own the region, meet customers face‑to‑face and build lasting relationships with holiday parks, leisure parks and related decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a defined sales territory across Scotland.
• Develop relationships with holiday parks, leisure parks, caravan parks, dealers and park owners.
• Identify new prospects and convert them into long‑term accounts.
• Maintain and expand existing customer relationships.
• Plan and execute regular on‑site visits, including overnight stays when required.
• Represent the manufacturer professionally, providing product information, promotions and account support.
• Gather market intelligence, competitor activity and customer feedback.

Required profile

• Proven ability to generate new business and develop existing accounts.
• Comfortable selling high‑value products to business customers.
• Strong organisation, planning and time‑management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Commercially aware and confident engaging with decision‑makers.
• Self‑motivated, autonomous and happy with regular travel and overnight stays.
• Full clean UK driving licence.
