Field Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to represent Charity Link’s fundraising partners. Working on‑site in Basingstoke, you will engage members of the public and encourage regular donations for leading UK charities.

Key responsibilities

• Approach and converse with the public in various locations to promote charitable causes.
• Secure regular donations or sponsorships and record donor information accurately.
• Meet or exceed individual and team fundraising targets.
• Maintain a professional and positive brand image for Charity Link and its partner charities.
• Provide feedback on campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Confident, optimistic and resilient with a strong desire to meet targets.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in face‑to‑face sales or fundraising is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a motivated team.

What we offer

• Guaranteed basic salary of £26,400 per year.
• On‑target earnings (OTE) of up to £47,000 plus commission.
