Field Sales Executive – Scotland Territory

About the role

This field‑based sales role gives you full ownership of the Scotland territory for a long‑established UK holiday‑home manufacturer. You will be the primary face of the brand, meeting park owners and decision‑makers face‑to‑face to grow the business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand a defined sales territory across Scotland.
• Develop relationships with holiday parks, leisure parks, caravan parks, dealers and park owners.
• Identify new prospects, convert them into long‑term accounts and nurture existing customers.
• Conduct regular on‑site visits, including overnight stays when required.
• Provide product information, promotions and account support to customers.
• Gather market intelligence, competitor activity and customer feedback.

Required profile

• Proven ability to generate new business and grow existing accounts.
• Comfortable selling high‑value products to business customers.
• Strong organisational, planning and time‑management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self‑motivated, commercially aware and confident with senior decision‑makers.
• Willingness to travel regularly and stay overnight as needed.
• Full clean UK driving licence.

• Base salary £30,000‑£35,000 per year.
